What to expect at your first appointment:

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete necessary paperwork. Our administrative team will be ready to great you and assist with documentation pertaining to your basic identifying information, medical history, medications, consent to treatment, and insurance information. Please come prepared with your drivers license, and insurance cards.

After the paperwork has been completed, you will meet with our intake coordinator to complete a thorough background history, including current/past psychiatric treatment, family, education/job, substance use history, legal issues, medical concerns, etc. At the end of this session, the intake coordinator will make a recommendation for treatment based on the information you provided. The administrative team will then coordinate with you for scheduling on-going services with a primary clinician.
